In such unavoidable circumstances, we allow up to 10 days’ for return of the service (any code, software or work provided), and this is underlined in our return policy. You may please inform us by just sending an email to [email protected] with the following details included in the email: Order ID, your contact number, and the appropriate reason for cancellation. Our team will contact you to arrange for return and refund accordingly.

For cancellations of orders, please email us to [email protected], with the respective order number and your contact number. If eligible, your order will be cancelled, and applicable refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
Refunds shall be issued only for services provided incorrect, or the quality of the service is not inline with the promises made.
